All discounted shoe sales are final

All discounted shoes for return: Must be postmarked by at most 10 days after original receipt in order to receive a refund, any shoes postmarked after that date will not be accepted and will be returned. Please return the shoes using a traceable shipping service such as Fed Ex, UPS, or Priority Mail. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All other footwear can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of original receipt (sorry, no refunds)

All other footwear for return: Must be postmarked by at most 21 days after original receipt in order to receive a refund, any shoes postmarked after that date will not be accepted and will be returned. Please return the shoes using a traceable shipping service such as Fed Ex, UPS, or Priority Mail. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges:

1. Please complete the return form that was included with your purchase and note the size/style/color that you are exchanging your item for on the form. Please return the shoes along with the form to the address on the return form using a traceable shipping service such as Fed Ex, UPS, or Priority Mail. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

2. We want to make sure you get the correct size so we will pick up the tab on the shipping charge to send you the new size. (Only applicable to non-discounted footwear, discounted footwear will incur the normal shipping charge)

**** Please do not wear your new shoes until you are certain that the fit is correct! Worn shoes cannot be returned and will be refused and sent back to you****
